Please understand I have a busy schedule and I might have to deny you due to convenience. (I apologize.)I have gotten ghosted before and lowballed, so I will be suspicious. If I feel I can't trust you, OR you have no proof of being legit as a trustworthy buyer, I will deny you.Commissions are a job, so I will remain professional at all times when talking about it. (Unless I know you. Then I'll talk to you like regularly.)If you have any questions you may ask, but don't be pushy or rude. (I am actually really nice, but I must be strict for my rules. I apologize.)

T.O.S. & Rules

  • Do not claim my art as your own.

  • Do not upload my art without credit.

  • Do not use my art to train / teach AI in any form.

  • I can deny any commission if my schedule is too busy / I cannot fulfill it / something about your request is in my do not draw list.

  • If you are requesting on Vgen, send refs and other requirements to make your request clear. If sending a DM, refer to my form on the comm page of my carrd or send me ref sheets, poses, ect so I can understand your request.

  • Payments through Vgen, Ko-fi, PayPal, or Cashapp.

  • Vgen & Ko-fi payments are 100%. I can also do 100% or 50-50 payments for Paypal or Cashapp, but I prefer 100% (due to past issues.)

  • I will give updates for the following: Lineart > Flat color > Shading/rendering > Final image. Please ask for revision at the lineart stage.

  • Chibis take 1-2 weeks usually, any other art is around 1-3 or 1-5 weeks, and the longest I could take is a month. I would update you if my schedule starts getting busy and there might be delays. (I do offer rush fees.)

  • Although I do have standard times for how long each commission takes, please only ask for a refund if a month has past, as I would give you updates if I end up taking longer with your commission.

  • All commissions are to be used for personal use. (Ex: Icon, header, you can edit to make the art a wallpaper for yourself, things of the like.)

  • Do not use personal art for printing commercial use.

  • Refrain from making major edits to the drawing itself.

  • If the art is a transparent PNG you can definitely add background-color / or small edits to turn it into a wallpaper or something o hse for streaming.

  • If you are a Streamer/Vtuber, you may use your character illustration for start screens/assets/or if you have something else in mind. Just ask me if you're unsure!

  • Overly graphic/violent imagery

  • Hate art towards a group or individual

  • No politics

  • No religion (including things being against religion)

  • Magic, supernatural, or spiritistic related things.

  • Irl people.

  • ANYTHING that WILL make me UNCOMFORTABLE.
